Today on my blog, I am sharing the PERFECT Mrs and Mrs Wedding gift ideas for 2023! I love the whole “Mrs and Mrs” trend with LGBT and lesbian weddings, but gosh darn WOWZERS is it hard to find Mrs and Mrs wedding gifts.

Ok, so, real talk — whenever I make a resource for the LGBT community (and our allies), I get a *bit* worried. The reason is because equating gender identity with honorifics (an honorific is a word like Mrs, Mr, Mx, etc) isn’t actuallyyyy how things work.
For example, someone may identify as a bride and use “Mx” and be non-binary lesbian. Someone may be a lesbian and use “Mx,” but not identify as a bride! There’s a whole host of things happening here.
For this reason, I recommend that you check with the couple (or one partner), or someone in a position of Wedding Authority TM, like a Maid of Honor, to make sure you understand if both people plan on using “Mrs,” “bride,” etc. And then select your gift from there!
Not all people who use “Mrs” identify as a “bride,” and not all brides use “Mrs”! Be sure to check with the couple on word choice before snagging the perfect Mrs and Mrs Wedding Gift.

#1 Mrs and Mrs Wedding Gift: White Porcelain Heart Sign
Next up on my list of the PERFECT Mrs and Mrs wedding gifts is this white porcelain heart sign. I first thought that this was a Christmas ornament (and I do have those on my guide!!), but it’s actually a home decor type sign.
It’s from Lilith Paws on etsy, and measures 4.5 x 4.5 x 0.5cm. There’s 2.54 cm in 1 inch (shoutout to my engineering undergrad degree lol), so this is about 1.75 x 1.75 x .2 in. Those are my “ish measurements”, or there abouts! Not exact, lol.
I think that this would be a PERFECT Mrs and Mrs wedding gift for friends or loved ones who are more minimalist, or if you want to personalize giving a gift of money, but still want something thoughtful and physical the two brides can open! <3

Y’all, I had a WILD time with this next Mrs and Mrs wedding gift. It was WAY harder than it should be to find a Mrs and Mrs wedding photo frame!

A lot of the Mrs and Mrs wedding gifts that I could find were more… traditionally feminine, which DEFINITELY is not a fit for all lesbian, same sex or LGBT couples who are excited to be announced as “Mrs and Mrs” on their wedding day!

This issuch a great wedding gift for my sporty lesbians and butch babes who adore the sportsball. This gift is so fun! They’re made by The Pennant People on etsy, a star seller shop!
#36 Mrs and Mrs Wedding Gift: Gift Set with Steel Champagne Flutes
Ok, this last Mrs and Mrs wedding gift is a good one (I love gifting a gift set that comes in an easy to wrap BOX), buuut I am just so not a fan of the whole “Love is Love” saying. It feels like something we say to people who are more prejudiced, not something that we would remind eachother of at a wedding?
Maybe I’m splitting hairs!
What made me decide to include this gift in the roundup are the customized STEEL champagne flutes! I have never seen this (or I have and didn’t realize they were specifically made for champagne, ahem), and this is such a great gift for two brides who are having an outdoorsy or outdoors-ish wedding! No need to worry about breaking glass if the champagne flutes are STEEL!

3 Tips for Buying Mrs & Mrs Presents
- Make sure the couple USES the terms in the gift (not everyone identifies as a “bride” or wants to use “Mrs”!) You can do this by checking with the couple or with a loved one, like a maid of honor.
- Choose a gift that makes you go, “That looks like them!” There are lots of different aesthetics in this post!
- Relax! The couple knows you care about THEM and want to celebrate THEM! Gifts are wonderful (I love gifts), but what matters is your authentic support and celebration. <3
