Y’all, I love joyful movement. I love feeling present in my body, and I love the benefits of working out.
That said, I haven’t always been a real big fan of plus size workout clothes. I’m a maximilist and flamingo bird at heart, and there’s a lot of black and navy options out there.
Which is chill! Totally respect navy as a neutral!
That said, I like to wear workout clothing that makes me smile and look forward to wearing it. For a long time I only wore dark clothing, trying to “hide” myself at the gym.
Lol. Plot twist, people can still see me!
Below, I’ve shared 7 places you can buy plus size leopard print workout clothing! From leggings to sports bras to running shorts, let’s go!
Brand #1: Day Won Clothing – Cheetah Print
Founded by plus size supermodel, Candice Huffine, Day Won has some very fun prints!
I love love the cheetah print on these leggings (also available in shorts)!
Brand #2: ASOS – Animal Print
I love these animal print leggings from ASOS! They have cut out mesh black panels, adding some visual interest!
From ASOS: “Whether you’re running, raving or training, ASOS 4505 has the very best performance kit, designed to keep you cool and reflect the most stylish trends, ensuring your playtime has personality. This is our movement for movement. Join in.”
The brand goes up to a US 26!
Brand #3: NIKE
NIKE is my go-to brand for running shoes, but DID YOU KNOW that they also offer plus size activewear?!
The brand has also been a driver for inclusion in plus size fashion, updating their store mannequins with plus size bodies and showing visibly plus size babes with TUMMIES in their ads.
At time of publication, these are out-of-stock! I’ll keep an eye on these, and update the post when they’re available again. <3
Brand #4: Fabletics
So I’ve never tried workout leggings from Fabletics, but I’ve heard good things! These leopard print leggings use a more muted palette with olive green as the base tone.
The brand goes up to a 3X!
