Recently, I shared a review to YouTube of this off the shoulder holiday gown, called the Ripple Love Dress, that CoEdition sent me. I took this dress to my first photoshoot at a photo studio, and I had a blast trying all the different backgrounds!
Finding a plus size dress for the holidays can be hard! There are a lot of skintight bodycons out there (that I love!!), that don’t, well, quite work for a military ball, company Christmas party or gala, etc.

This dress is versatile, hugs curves and will look right at home at just about any gathering (you can even throw a plus size ugly Christmas sweater on it!).
Introducing Try For Free
If you’re anything like me, you order a few options and then try everything on at home. Keeping track of returns and reimbursements can be a pain, and I’m so excited to see that CoEdition has come up with a solution!
As part of their commitment to finding the perfect fit for plus size customers, CoEdition has introduced “Try For Free” – where the new fitting room is your bedroom.
How it works:

- Choose 1 item, pay $0 — only entering your credit card info
- Upon receipt of product, you’ll have 5 days to decide which ones you want to keep!
- If you love all your picks, keep them! CoEdition will charge the card we have on file. If it doesn’t work out, return it at no charge.

City Chic – Rippled Love Dress
Below, I’ve shared my thoughts on this plus size holiday dress, as well as how I styled it! I love how CoEdition shows models from across the size range wearing the gown! Really makes it so much easier to shop.

Fit & Sizing
I ordered a 24 in this dress, and I think I would get a size 22. At time of publishing, my measurements are:
- Bust: 54 inches
- Waist: 48 inches
- Hips: 56 inche
I’m 5’4″, and this dress reached just above the ground. The dress is 100% polyester, making it an ideal dress to pack and then give a quick press before a party. I loved the off-the-shoulder neckline and bust pleating! I felt veryyyy va va voom in this!

Shoes & Accessories
I paired it with some cute wedge heels, which are easier to dance and celebrate the holidays in than high heels. 😉 . I chose my trusty black wedges, but you could also totally pair this dress with statement heels in red or a metallic shade!
When it came to jewelry, I felt that this neckline was just begging for a statement necklace. I paired this with stud earrings.
