I love gardening (see my post on container gardening HERE), and I’ve been making an effort to do more photoshoots at home – given all of the, well, everything happening in 2020!
For this photoshoot, I decided to drag over my HUGE container gardening pots (shoutout to Miracle Gro and Lowe’s!) for a plus size fashion editorial. I also shot video for this editorial, which you can see on the third slide of this IG post:

I had a blast concepting and putting together this shoot! We had to move fast, as this spot gets a LOT of sun. I love these photos!
This plus size suit is from Eloquii, but I got it from Plus BKLYN, a plus size fashion resale and thrift shop in NYC! Buying secondhand and thrift items can be tricky as a plus size babe, so I love that Plus BKLYN only offers plus size clothing – so I can make sure to order items that fit!

I arranged about 9 pots around me, creating a little “nook” to nestle in. I utilized a garden bench to add layers to the shot!
